The booth space agreement for the exhibitor is finalized as soon as the organizers receive the signed application. Confirmation of the booth by the organizers institutes the binding rental contract between the exhibitor and the organizers. If contents of the booth confirmation deviate from the original application, the contract will be made with the new specifications, unless the exhibitor contradicts in writing within two weeks.
