Tasha is passionate about climate change and issues that impact women and people of color. Her life work includes investing over 10 years in the Renewable Energy industry with an emphasis in Power Systems. Before that, she spent over 15 years in Business leadership and electrical engineering/technical roles.
Tasha is currently the Vice President of Cleantech Innovation at RWE Clean Energy, where her responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities and positioning our technical teams for scaled delivery. Prior to this she was the Vice President of Project Engineering at, where her responsibilities include leading the technical execution of Utility Scale Solar, Battery Storage, Wind, and Green Hydrogen Projects. She is a licensed Professional Engineer in six US States and a certified Project Management Professional. Tasha recently completed her Execution Education at the Wharton School of Business, Chief Technology Officer Program.
In addition to her professional experience, Tasha serves in various advisory capacities, including as a board member of Calculated Genius and Austin Urban Tech Movement. Tasha is a CELI (Clean Energy Leadership Institute) Fellow and CEBN (Clean Energy Business Network) Maria Telkes Fellow.
