Adam Tesanovich, Co-founder & CEO of TALON PV, boasts over two decades of expertise across various disciplines including operations management, supply chain optimization, financial stewardship, regulatory adherence, risk mitigation, and commercial strategy. In his tenure at TALON PV’s parent company, Eagle Group, as Co-Founder & COO, he led the team to remarkable achievements including recognition in the Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies, Houston Business Journal’s Fastest 50 Middle Market Companies, and Inc. 5000 Best Places to Work.
Prior to his role at TALON PV, Adam held senior leadership positions at multinational manufacturing firms including Tenaris, Borusan Mannesmann, and Coca-Cola. He pursued his MBA from Rice University and earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Denver. Adam is certified in Theory of Constraints of Manufacturing by the Goldratt Institute.
Mr. Tesanovich is passionate about veterans’ affairs and serves on the Board of Directors for Skeleton Crew Veteran Adventure Therapy, providing veterans and first responders living with PTSD, the opportunity to heal at sea utilizing research-based methods of learning to live with trauma through Adventure Therapy (AT). Outside of work, Mr. Tesanovich enjoys spending time with his wife and two children traveling the world, absorbing culture, and finding adventure.
