Phillip Martin

Phillip Martin is a Manager for Environmental Defense’s Fund’s Zero-Emission Truck Initiative in Texas. Phillip has over twenty years working in and around the Texas Legislature, and while at EDF has shaped state legislation and state agency policies about zero-emission trucks. He also helps coordinate planning and implementation for ongoing projects with regional entities across the state, and works closely with environmental justice communities to support their education and engagement efforts. Phillip lives in his hometown of Austin, Texas with his wife and 4-year old son, where they enjoy soccer, live music, and swimming at Barton Springs as much as possible.
