Ranked second in the nation for total installed solar capacity, Texas is projected to grow by 38,523 MW over the next five years. Additionally, Texas will add more grid batteries than any other state in 2024 – including California. With attendance from Texas now the fastest growing audience segment at IESNA, the state was a prime location for the community to come together ahead of our flagship annual event.

2024 Overview

On November 19-20, 2024, Intersolar & Energy Storage North America (IESNA) held its first regional event at the Austin Marriott Downtown in Austin, Texas.

Over the course of two jam-packed days, solar + storage professionals unlocked the key insights, products, and connections they needed to do business in the state through:

• Keynote sessions featuring insights into state policy and trends from Texas’ leading experts and innovators, including Thomas Gleeson (PUC Texas), Beth Garza (R Street Institute), and Doug Lewin (Stoic Energy, LLC).
